Government even succeeded in Missile Defense and a spy satellite. "Japan must not have army after World War II," says Tamaki's host in Boston, which is true if you don't forget history. National government and politicians think valid in having army and enthusiastic for defense, but the way of international contributions by a country with pacifist Constitution must be different from other countries. For example, the U.S. validates forming militia and having weaponry as their human rights according to Amendment 2 of U.S. Constitution. However, Article 9 of Constitution of Japan prohibits having forces: Article 9 (2nd paragraph) (2) In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained.
